Morel Milano teamed up with Tipografia Alimentare presenting A FUOCO LENTO.
The four-handed culinary project embodied a simple philosophy rooted in research and passion, which brought cooking back to its origins through the use of an effective tool: the GRILL. This ancient cooking method was specifically designed and built for the occasion.
Set in a temporary restaurant, the concept offered a delightful 7-course menu.
An intimate, light, and grilled dining experience within the captivating architecture of Morel.
